- They will want to know who will be working on their account so make sure they meet the people in question and are happy about it. Do not portray that the person pitching to the client will be involved if the really wont be.
- They will want to know if you know their competition so do your homework and know everything about the clients competition. This is vital especially if you have never worked in that particular sector before.
- They will want to know how you measure and assess a campaign's effectiveness so make sure you have plans on what you are going to do.
- They will want to know how much you charge and if you will accept a payment by results agreement. This is totally up to yourself, however if you are starting up money is going to be extremely tight and you can not afford to put money out for advertisements and then not receive any cash coming in from the client.
- They may also want references from previous clients or people you have worked with so it is vital especially at the beginning of the business that you make a good impression with everyone you work with. Reputation is extremely important!
